To get started with the process, all new clients need to book a consultation with the firm. We are happy to provide you with a complimentary 30 minute consultation. You are also welcome to schedule a 60 minute consultation, but will be required to pay a $175 flat fee in advance. The purpose of the consultation is to help you evaluate your situation, learn about the various legal strategies available to you, and get a general idea about the estimated time and fees needed to resolve your legal issues. Consultations can be conducted over the phone, via Zoom, or in-person in our office. There is no obligation to retain Schmidt Legal Group after the consultation, but we can move quickly with the next steps if/when you’re ready to move forward with the firm.
